Hello, this is Julia and I am dropping by today to give you some vital information you can have in your back pocket about the Dear Food® Program’s support and resources available to readers, participants and leaders.

The Dear Food program begins with Workbook One, which starts with my story as a decades long emotional eater, compulsive over eater, yo yo dieter and even food addict, although I would say I define that term a little differently these days. The Dear food Workbooks help readers identify addictive foods and manage how, when or if to consume them. If you’d like to learn more, pick up Workbook 1.

In addition to the workbooks, which include, clinically proven tools and exercises, plus scripture, prayers and encouragement, I offer the following support to readers:

  1. The Dear Food Podcast - There is a podcast episode to go with each chapter of every book. Look for The Dear Food Podcast on any podcast listening platform, as well as the Dear Food Channel on YouTube.

  2. I don’t want someone working the program to feel “alone” on the journey. This is why I created a positive and encouraging intro and wrap up video for each chapter. These can be found on my YouTube Channel as well as the Dear Food Circle.

  3. Speaking of the Dear Food Circle, The Dear Food Program has a special community available on site called Circle, which can be viewed on any device, either through a web portal or the Circle App. And you can find the link on onesteptowellness.com or here. This is the Hub of the Dear Food Community and where participants can meet other people on the Dear Food Journey, chat on post boards, talk about success and failures and get encouragement. Plus readers can find all the resources-Everything here in one place, from downloads and printables, to links to all the intro and wrap up videos, plus the podcast and a community! All in one place. Also, I love Circle because I can interact directly with readers through live rooms. I can actually talk to the community members. To do this, I regularly host live Q&A sessions. Access to all of this is free when you sign up for the Dear Food Circle. And, Recently i’ve added group coaching and workshops to the Dear Food menu. The Dear Food circle is the best place to find all your videos, encouraging content, make friends along the way to food freedom, and we can talk too! And I want to meet you. So, sign up and come to a Q&A session and say Hi.

I hope this information gives you a picture of the scope of support available to the Dear Food Participants no matter where they are on the journey. So whether someone is doing the program alone, in a group or facilitating a group - there are many resources and lots of support available to you every step of the way.
